The grid vacuum chuck is a clamping chuck specially developed for non-magnetic materials clamping. When using, first use silicone strips to form a closed shape on the chuck, which is slightly smaller than the contact surface between the workpiece and the chuck. Then connect the chuck to the air compressor, and the compressed air will pass through the vacuum generator inside the chuck to create a vacuum area between the chuck and the workpiece, and the atmospheric pressure can be used to firmly fix the workpiece on the vacuum chuck.

The vacuum chuck doesn't need vacuum pump and connect with air compressor only. It can hold any material of flat work piece, such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, glass. also better effectiveness available for iron and steel. Its strong holding force meets the requirement of clamping of five side machining.

Vacuum chuck surface are fine grinding treatment, the standard factory accuracy of about 0.2mm, due to the different accuracy of each machine tool, the need for a silk or higher, can be installed on the machine tool after calibration can be achieved.

The surface grid is 10 x 10mm dense style, effectively increase the clamping area and vacuum space. The vacuum chuck material is tempered steel, wear resistance is stronger. Grids can be tapped and punched (diameter 8MM, depth of 20MM or less) for fixing or positioning.
