Permanent magnetic vise is suitable for vertical and horizontal CNC integrated cutting and milling machine processing, fast clamping workpiece. It can complete 5-side cutting machining, drilling, tapping and milling grooves at one time， saving the machining process in order to reduce the repeated tolerance caused by excessive machining program, improve work efficiency, reduce engineering costs.

The number, position and spacing of the magnetic vise can be freely combined based to the size of the workpiece.

The permanent magnet vise is equipped with replaceable "soft claws", which can be used to fine-tune the "soft claws" directly on the machine before machining, and the "soft claws" can also be used for drilling, tapping, or cutting grooves directly on the machined workpieces. The "soft claws" can also be used for drilling, tapping or cutting grooves when machining workpieces, and users can make their own "soft claws" for different workpieces.

Application

1. Suitable for the cutting of medium and large-sized workpieces, not suitable for small-sized workpieces.

2. Replacement magnetizing soft jaws can be used for multi-functional workpiece clamping.

3. The maximum area of the workpiece must be larger than the area of 2 magnetic tables.
