Few poles EPM(Electro Permanent Magnetic) chuck typically has no more than 10 magnetic poles, and the number and arrangement of these poles can be customized to meet customer requirements. Few poles EPM chucks are primarily used for milling small workpieces and can also be used for grinding in specific applications. The holding force of a single magnetic pole can exceed 400 KN.

Multiple few poles EPM chucks can be connected in series via adapters and controlled simultaneously by a single controller. When connected in series, the chucks can be mounted on a drilling machine to secure workpieces. One or more chucks can be swapped out based on hole positions to accommodate a wider range of drilling operations.
