Magnetic separator is a kind of magnetic tool used for the purification of coolant (cutting oil or emulsion). It can remove iron or ferromagnetic particles from the coolant to extend the service life of grinding wheels and other machining tools and equipment, improve the surface quality of products, and save costs by reusing coolant, it is widely used in the machining field.

The surface material is 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the rotating magnetic cylinder uses a high strength magnet with a magnetic field strength of 3000-4000GS, which can continuously remove iron particles. It is especially suitable for the purification of coolant of various grinding machines, fine research, wire drawing machines, electric processing and other fine engineering machines.
