Round Electro Magnetic Plate

This round plate is used in rotary surafce grinding machine. The magnetic poles of round electro magnetic plate are distributed in concentric circles, with a standard pole pitch of 5+12 mm. The pole pitch also be customized according to customers' requirements.

Round electro magnetic plate is mainly used for the grinding of sheet shape workpieces, such as various types of blades. The maximum magnetic holding force can reach 120N/cm2. And the high-precision seamless structure of the surface table is robust and waterproof, the flatness can be kept in 0.003mm. The base is cast in one piece to minimize mechanical deformation.
