Rotary Electromagnetic Chuck

Rotary electromagnetic chuck is a kind of special grinding chuck for angular workpiece. The standard ole pitch is 4mm (1+3) or 19mm (3+5+0.5+5+0.5+5), customized pole pitch is also available.

There is dividing ruler in rotary axle, available to adjust front and back machining angle, the adjustable angle range is ±45°. the chuck and rotary axle are molded integrally, gurantee the enough rigidity in surface grinding.

The temperature difference of the electromagnetic chuck is less than 2℃ after one hours running. low thickness reduce the chuck weight of and increased grinding space. rational distribution of magnetic pole is suitable for the various workpiece from big to small.
